Ng Yi-Sheng is studying creative writing at the University of East Anglia. He hails from Singapore where he has been thrown out of a poetry mentorship scheme for political reasons and had a short story banned because it was much too gay. He has worked as a nude artist’s model, a university lecturer, a children’s newspaper journalist, an LGBT news site journalist and an impromptu performance artist (unpaid). He writes in multiple genres, makes ice lollies from frozen fruit, and is trying to read one book from every country in the world.
